Program description
H2O Bros, LLC sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages include:
- Service messages — quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, “on my way” notifications when our crew is en route, service updates, receipts, review requests, and replies to your questions.
- Promotional messages — occasional special offers and seasonal discounts on our cleaning services (for example, a discount on pressure washing).
How to opt in
- Check the consent box on our contact form; or
- Tell one of our technicians in person that you would like text updates about your service; or
- Text START to our number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving service. You can request and receive service without agreeing to texts.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

Message frequency & charges
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
